STEP 01 FIRST COMPLAINT
In case you want to register a grievance, write an email to helpdesk@Integrity.in . Your grievance will be registered and you will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
STEP 02 Integrity GRIEVANCE DESK
If the resolution you receive from support@Integrity.in does not meet your expectations, do write to the Integrity Grievance Desk at grievance@Integrity.in. You will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
STEP 03 COMPLIANCE DESK
If the resolution you receive from grievance@Integrity.in does not meet your expectations either, you may write to the compliance Desk at compliance@Integrity.in . You will receive a response within 7 days of us receiving your email.
NOTE:
1. After ascertaining the matter, we will provide the response and resolution. In case the resolution is likely to take longer time, we will update you with the status.
2. In case of no revert of any further clarification, if any, from your side within 7 days from the date of such resolution, the company shall treat the complaint as closed at its end.
